Delete Your Account

LumiNota is a personal astrology and journaling app. You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time. Sign in, then confirm deletion here or from your Profile page by typing DELETE.

Deletion happens immediately once you confirm, and can't be undone.

• Your account, sign-in details and profile, including birth details
• Your birth chart and personal readings
• Journal entries, gratitude notes, tarot pulls and letters to your future self
• Uploaded images, including journal photos and manifestation images
• Community posts, hearts, comments and saved tags
• Usage and analytics records linked to your account, and newsletter sign-ups using your email

An active LumiNota+ subscription is canceled immediately as part of deletion. Lifetime and Founding Member access tied to the account is permanently removed.

Payment and billing records (such as invoices and transaction history) are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and may be kept for legitimate financial, tax and legal purposes. If you reported a community post, the report may be kept for moderation with your identity removed.

Email us at support@luminota.io from the email address on your account. We must verify that you own the account before processing a manual deletion request.
