By using LumiNota, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms over time — if we make a significant change, we will notify you by email.
Spiritual & AI content disclaimer
LumiNota is a journaling and personal reflection tool. The angel number interpretations, tarot card readings, and AI-generated pattern insights we provide are for entertainment and personal reflection only.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on LumiNota. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
Your Content
You own everything you write and upload on LumiNota. Your journal entries are private by default and are never shared without your explicit action. For Community Echoes, when you choose to share a post, you grant LumiNota a limited, non-exclusive license to display that anonymous post within the app. You can delete your shared echoes at any time. We are not responsible for user-generated content in Community Echoes, but we maintain a reporting system to flag and review inappropriate material.
Payments
LumiNota+ subscriptions and lifetime access are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours. The $69 lifetime plan is a one-time payment — it grants you access to LumiNota+ features for as long as LumiNota exists as a service. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
LumiNota is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
